Techniques for Success
Sergeant Coudret has been a supervisor for over four years, working in the Cactus Park precinct, Robbery, and now in Homicide. He also serves as the Treasurer of the Phoenix Police Sergeants and Lieutenants Association
Sergeant Coudret will teach techniques for success in both the written and practical sections of the test - with particular emphasis on test prep methods and study plans.

Lessons from an experienced instructor
Lieutenant Thatcher currently serves as the PPSLA Vice President and Discipline and Grievance Chair. He is an attorney and AZPOST instructor - with a position on the subject matter expert committee.
Lieutenant Thatcher regularly instructs at both the Phoenix Regional Police Academy and for the AZPOST legal updates - and offers insight into the Phoenix Police promotional process.
